PRODUCT RETURN/REPAIR POLICY

Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.

Here is our return policy:
1. The item must be in new condition. In particular, there are absolutely no returns on installed wiring harnesses.
2. Kits are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All other items are subject to a 7% restocking fee.
3. The cost of custom mods to a regular MegaSquirt are not refundable.
4. The items must be received within 50 days of the initial order.
5. Items returned opened will have to go through diagnostics before return is approved. If a refund is approved it will be as a store credit only less the cost of refurbishment.

Here is our Repair Policy:
All standard, off-the-shelf, MS3Pro, MS3Pro Plug and Play, and MSPNP2 ECU’s are covered by a one year limited warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser. Furthermore, original purchasers of MS3Pro ULTIMATE & EVO may upgrade, by way of online product registration, to a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Contact us if you believe you have an issue that should be covered under warranty. We will discuss the issue with you, provide an RMA number if necessary and an address to ship your unit to. Our tech department will evaluate the unit and if a problem due to manufacturer defect is found, we will repair it and return it to you free of charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges from their location to EFI Innovations, Inc. EFI Innovations, Inc. is not responsible for lost or mis-directed shipments en route to our Gainesville, GA location. If we determine that the problem was due to mis-use, mis-installation or modification of the unit then we will charge our shop rate at $75/hr plus materials to repair your unit.

An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
